Mr. Aneet Jain, our Managing Director, is a distinguished graduate from one of India’s leading institutions, bringing over 30 years of diverse experience to the table. With influential roles in organizations like M.D Woods, Mangal Murti Mica, Real Estate, M.D Stud Farms, M.D Art Studio and M.D Motors he showcases a wide ranging expertise as a businessman dedicated to innovation, education, and development.
Mr. YASHODHAN JAIN
Yashodhan Jain is the elder son, having graduated from Singapore’s Coventry University with a degree in Business Management. He also pursued his Masters from Middlesex University in Dubai. Currently, he manages M.D. Woods & M.D. Motors.

Dhananjay Jain wears many hats—a social worker, a beacon of kindness. His days are filled with purpose as he assists the elderly, supports blind schools, and contributes to various organizations. But that’s not all. He’s also a spirited member of the Bhartiya Janta Party youth. And amidst it all, he manages his father’s renowned nationwide business, M.D. Woods. Yet, his heart lies in horse breeding. At M.D. Stud Farm, he’s created a haven for horses and cows, ensuring their well-being. But it doesn’t stop there—Dhananjay’s charity extends to youngsters who lack access to education and to those in hospitals who need a helping hand. His legacy? One of compassion and action.
